-----Pipe Laying Equipment
-----1. Pipe [or PE pipe] has outside ring diameter 21.4 mm. And 3.3 mm. Thickness.
-----2. Bend joint, internal straight screw joint, internal screw lid, nipple [ external straight screw joint], pipe strapping cam, screw, sprinkler and pulley
-----3. Electric drilling machine for pipe and beam holes piercing.
-----Method for Pipes Lining System Service
-----1.Use an electric drill to make holes and seal a screw tab at every hole of 1 meter apart from each hole. Put a valve for discharge of chemical substance at every hole. turn it tight to prevent the chemical substance valve from coming out.
-----2.Techichians may start his work after construction workers have poured concrete to Soil beams and already have removed wooden forms.
-----3.Technicians will continue too lay pipes as per the plan set out by the company for customer. The pipes must be lined parallel to the soil beam around the building by placing deep from the upper side of the beam 15-30 centimeter. Adjust level of the pipe from internal beam line approximately 45-90 degree From the beam line
-----4.Use pipe strapping cam to strap pipe with beam line of approximately 1-1.5 meter distance from each point.
-----5.Set out a point for installation of chemical sparying head by using length of PE equal to 20 meter per chemical spraying head.
-----6.In installation of chemical sparying head, the must be installed far from external wall of the building of at least 10 centimeters.
-----7.Check completeness of the work and test for efficiency of the pipe linging system before concreting the floor in order to correct any defects [ if any]
-----8.After pipe lining and ffficiency testing the company will inject the chemical.
